Interview Process:1. Group Discussion and Aptitude (English Grammar/Analytical)2. HR F2F discussion along with Communication Check3. Verification of the documentsSelected candidates will get a conditional offer letter from CST.All the selected candidates have to undergo SELF Financed Training for 2 Month as a mandatory process for meeting client’s expectations.Training Location: Hyderabad. Training Fee: 40% of the Fee before Training and 60% on Getting Joining Letter from Client.Post Training Interview process with Client:1. Face to Face Technical interview (Based on the Training provided)2. HR discussion3. Written Aptitude Test (* Optional, based on Clients)
